无锡骏腾方湖合金铸业有限公司成立于2006年，是生产耐热、耐蚀、耐磨钢的专业厂家。公司拥有专业的设计、生产、质检团队，以硅溶胶精密铸造和离心铸造为主要生产工艺，为众多世界知名热处理设备厂商提供配套的热处理工装、加热炉炉辊、辐射管等产品，同时也为众多热处理生产加工型企业设计和优化热处理工装方案，努力为客户提供更合理、更经济的成套产品。目前公司的业务范围已经遍布世界各地，包括中国、欧洲、北美、南美、东南亚、日韩等地。

精密铸造工艺的主要产品有热处理工装、加热炉风叶、炉用轨道、滚轮等炉用耐热钢铸件。

离心铸造工艺可生产直径50mm-1000mm，长度5500mm各种离心铸管，产品拥有表面光洁，组织致密，耐压高等特点，可在800-1200℃温度，3-4Mpa压力下长期工作。主要产品类别有辐射管，加热炉炉辊，玻璃辊、沉没辊、高合金钢套等。

公司通过ISO9001:2015质量管理体系认证，拥有成分分析、金相检测、硬度检测、碳硫分析、性能测试、无损检测等多种检测检验能力。

公司于2012年取得进出口经营权并首次独立出口。2014年，成立无锡骏腾方湖合金科技有限公司，专注于提供专业的工装设计方案。2016年成立无锡商测检测技术有限公司，通过CNAS、CMA认证，为各类客户提供专业的第三方材料检测。

Wuxi Junteng Fanghu Alloy Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, it’s a professional manufacturer of heat&corrosion&wear-resistant alloy steel. We have professional design, production, quality inspection teams, with silica sol precision casting and centrifugal casting as the main product process. We provide heat treatment fixtures, heating furnace rollers, radiation tubes and other products for many world famous heat treatment equipment manufacturers, but also design and optimize solutions with for many heat treatment manufacturers or service companies. We strive to provide complete sets of products for customers with more reasonable, more economical. At present, our business has been all over the world, including China, Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, etc.

The main products of precision casting process are heat treatment fixtures, heating furnace fan blades, furnace rails, rollers and other furnace heat-resistant steel castings.

Centrifugal casting process can produce a variety of centrifugal cast pipes with a diameter of 50mm-1000mm and a max length of 5500mm. The products have the characteristics of smooth surface, dense organization, high pressure resistance, and can work for a long time at 800-1200℃ temperature and 3-4Mpa pressure. The main product categories are radiation tubes, heating furnace rollers, glass rollers, sinker rollers, high alloy steel sleeves and so on.

We have got the certification of ISO9001:2015, and we have test capabilities with component analysis, metallographic testing, hardness testing, carbon and sulfur analysis, properties testing, non-destructive testing, and so on.

In 2012, the company obtained the right to import and exported license for the first time. In 2014, Wuxi Junteng Fanghu Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on providing professional tooling design solutions. And in 2016, Wuxi Business Test Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and has passed CNAS and CMA certification to provide professional third-party material testing for various customers.
